Every time I print from Microsoft Word 2007, it shows up much smaller and off
center (like a miniature of my page). Has anyone had this trouble or perhaps
knows of a solution to my problem?
Usually that means Word thinks you have something (tracked changes or
comments) to show in balloons. If this happens even in new documents,
then the problem is in your Normal.dotm template.
Open the offending document or template. On the Review ribbon, click
the down arrow next to the Reject button in the Changes group and
click "Reject all changes in document". Also click the down arrow on
the Delete button in the Comments group and click "Delete all comments
in document". Finally, click the down arrow on the Track Changes
button and click Track Changes Options, then set the Use Balloons
dropdown in the dialog to Never. Save the document, then try printing
it.
