Anyone Know How To Export Customers to Address book ?

I need to export my Customers from access to outlook express address book.

I don't think those links will help much with Outlook Express, though.
But I think you could export the table to a delimited text file, and
then import that into Outlook Express using the File -> Import -> Other
Address Book... menu items.
