Hi John,

HPFWIN14.DLL indicates a problem with your printer driver. Try
obtaining an updated printer driver from the HP web site and see if
that resolves the problem.

If it doesn't then please provide additional details such as the
version of Word you are using, patches installed and what you are
doing when you encounter the error.
