Hi I am kind of lost right from the beginning I have outlook 2007 and I run a
small entertainment company and have a lot of possible leads coming in I
can’t handle or i would be spending all day just inputting names email
addresses and other info most leads have in the past come to me via fax but I
can get them in excel format and import them into a data base manager this is
where my confusion starts don’t know what I should use and I need help. I am
hoping everyone here could tell me if getting the business contact manager
for outlook 2007 would solve my problem with being able to track clients,
sending personenilized email blasts to prospect leads keep notes on when i
last email them or tried calling them and can i customize the data from were
i will be keeping the leads so for exp i could sort my leads by clients event
date? i'm only talking about 100 emails a day give or take, more on the take
side right now. Am I going down the wrong path here I really don’t want to
waste time and lose more clients then I have already by doing nothing. and
did i mention I really dont have a lot of money to invest either,
