Anyone seen a good database template for Group Company structures.

I'm looking for a decent way to record and maintain the group's structure
chart and wondered if anyone has seen anything in Access that has worked
well. It needs to be able to manage:
- Co datails (name, Co number, country & date of incorporation, etc.)
- Group structure (parent(s), subsidiaries, etc. including % ownership, etc.)
- Regulatory info (Regulator, reg reporting deadlines & requirements, etc.)

Also, ideally, it would be able to draw the structure out as an organisation
chart.

Probably wishful thinking, but I'd grateful to know if anyone has seen
anything like this.
