Anyone using project server authentication combined with windows authentication for WSS?

This is what we are using right now. Any problems with this setup?

What are the advantages to using Windows authentication for Project
Server other than automatic logon? What are the downsides to using
Project Server authentication?

If we decided to use Windows authentication for Project Server, do you
have to do a reinstall or is there some way to reset that as default
within the application?
