OCD OCD OCD

I have a company that has 2 functions. I have a contract with a main client
and have an email address on their system, but also do freelance work which I
view through hotmail. I have a vpn connection to the main client and check
my email through outlook2007 with bcm that I bought for my machine, which is
my property as I am an independant contractor.
I want to recieve all my email in 1 place, but I want to be able to keep it
completely private from the eyes of anyone at my main client company for
obvious reasons.

Please, if there is a just and fair God, someone help me.

Other BCM users will only see the emails that are linked to BCM
contacts. If you receive an email from a personal contact, other BCM
users won't see it.

The BCM software is mine. They use older office suites. I just want to make
it so I have one mailbox for my hotmail that only I can see, and 1 inbox for
my vpn mail that they can see. Some of the contacts from both sides of the
business overlap, though. What can be done there?
