Anyway to backup my contact of Microsoft Outlook 2007?

I used to backup my contact in the old version by exporting to a comma
seperated values file. But I noticed that the contact in the MS
Outlook 2007 includes various infomation and even pictures. I quite
doubt if the old way can save so much information that is stored in
the contact.

Is there anyway I can save my contact (all information) so that I
don't need to worry if one day I lose my data by accident?
