Anyway to have Outlook HTML messages' fonts overrided?

Like for instance in IE7 if you want, you can override web pages fonts by
going into settings. I'm looking to do that for Outlook 2007 as well. Or
is there anyway to override the settings by telling Outlook 2007 to use a
style sheet like IE can?

did you check out the options in tools, options, mail format, stationery?
