Anyway to recover word doc.

I was working on a word document when my son started
hitting the key. Instead of pressing the undo button or
closing the file and not save the changes, I hit the save
button and my file is gone .Is there anyway I can
retrieve it?

If the file is still open you can still Undo. If the file is closed and you
have enabled "Always create backup copy" (Tools | Options | Save), then your
last previous version will be saved as "Backup of <filename>.wbk." If not,
now you see why you want that option enabled.

Thanks suzanne I know that now and have changed all the
rest, but that was the most important one boohoo. Thanks
