AOL and Outlook 2003

I recently used AOL Communicator to import a friend's
emails from AOL to Outlook 2003. She can now end/receive
AOL emails from Outlook 2003. I also used AOL
communicator to import emails from her in box in AOL into
Outlook 2003. These worked great.

I have two things I still need to know how to do:

1. She has emails saved in other folders besides her In
Box (sub-folders) in AOL and we want to import those to
Outlook 2003.

2. We want to import her address book from AOL into
Outlook 2003.

Does anyone know how to do either of these? Any help
with either/both of these would be super.
