AOL Downloads of Word 2003 docs

I am unable to download and open any Word documents from my AOL email account
now that I have installed Word 2003. AOL Thinks its a configuration problem
with Office 2003 or with Word 2003. Any thoughts?

Sorry, but I'd suggest asking AOL.

This newsgroup is for questions about setting up and configuring Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.
