AOL problem Help!!

Noone in our office can send e-mail to AOL members. Get a message that
delivery has been delayed. It never arrives at the destination. We have
Qwest as our ISP, our domain name has .us extension, not .com. We use
outlook 2000, exchanger server 2003, we have aliases at Qwest which allow us
to get mail with our domain name.
Is this a Qwest issue, an Exchange issue or an AOL issue?

Thank you for your help in advance!

Delivery delayed reports are usually server-side reports. However, without
seeing the exact text of the error, it's difficult to say which server is
generating the report.
