I am using Outlook 2003. Whenever someone who has an AOL account sends me an
email with a signature, I run into an error that slows down Outlook.
AOL puts their "Running Man" logo into the signatures as a default on
web-based email. When I receive one of these messages, it slows down opening
the email and if I select REPLY, it can take upwards of 4 minutes to open the
REPLY window.
AOL says it isn't their issue, it's Microsoft's. I can't find any solution
on the Microsoft support site.
Any thoughts?
PC is Windows XP Pro on Lenovo X41 Tablet. 1.6 GhZ, 1 GB Ram.
Thanks,
Bill
