apa seems to be a STYLE of document, nothing to do with document file TYPE,
therefore I would suggest that you CAN write documents in apa STYLE with
WordPerfect, and in any case, this is NOTHING to do with Office
templates....

There are a couple of APA-style formatted papers that you can download for
free from the Office templates, although I'm not sure if they'll work with
Word Perfect. you can always try!
