APA sytle format

The APA style format does not allow for correct citations when a document is
retrieved from an internet source. For example, this is the correct way this
should be referenced:
Jedd, M. (2005, October). Merits of Planning. PM Network , pp. 58-63.
Retrieved October 30, 2007, from Business Source Premier database.

however, MSWord 2007 does this:
Jedd, M. (2005, October). Merits of Planning. PM Network , pp. 58-63.

Are their plans to correct this?
