apc.dll, vbai60.dll missing ??

Hi there

I tried to install Office developer tools 2000.
It failed as the setup looks for Visual basic to be installed.
apparently vb 6 is installed on this machine??

though I tried to install vba6.msi separately. In that install the setup
was looking for apc60.dll and vbai60.dll which both are not on the CD??

any there that could sent me this dll's or give some advice as to what I can
do to get the developers tools installed?
