I apologize for posting the same question w/ 2 headers, when I first looked
at the ng I couldn't quickly tell how heavy the traffic was and I didn't
want my question to get lost

Some of the Word groups have pretty much traffic, but it can still take a
few days for someone to reply.
If you don't get a reply by then, you might think about re-phrasing the
question, or look if you find a more appropriate newsgroup.
