Users at our company are receiving e-mail from customers. These e-mails are
then cut/pasted into our database. The problem is apostrophes from some
customers are received as 1 superscript. These 1 superscripts cause errors
for Sybase.
Is there a way to filter these 1 superscripts when they come into our e-mail
server and either convert them back to apostrophes, delete them, or otherwise
correct them? Or is there a way users can configure Outlook to handle these
converted aposhrophes?
