apostrophes missing

I send out e-newsletters in html format and noticed that in my outlook 2003
program all the apostrophes were missing. When I checked the results within
other emails the apostrophes were in place.

Is there a way to set up Outlook so I can view the apostrophes. Any advice
would be appreciated.
