Apostrophes

Hello:

I am trying to use a template for e-mail. It looks good, but the apostrophes
don't translate.

"...Since there are no mailing and printing costs involved, it’s also very
gentle to your bottom-line. Another benefit is the almost instantaneous
delivery that e-mail affords. You don’t have to worry whether..."

How do I fix this. Is it just my e-mail account?

E-mail doesn't use the "smart quotes", Word automatically changes straight
quotes with smart quotes. You will have to change the AutoCorrect options.
