APPACTIVATE not working properly

I have a module that runs out to other programs using the
AppActivate command to scrape info which is then pasted in
Microsoft Access. I can use the "AppActivate ****, True"
command when I am referring to another program, but the
only way to get AppActivate to work with MS Access is to
leave the ", True" off. This is creating a huge timing
issue for a database that worked AWESOME in 97 and now
does not work..

ANY HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WOULD BE A LIFESAVER!!!! :)
