Apparent conflict between PP on Mac and new Office 2003 on PC

Have G4 powerbook at home running Office Vx and PC at work. Have had
no problems transfering PowerPoint (PP) files between two (using USB
drive) till just recently. Work has upgraded to new Office 2003 and
now when I try to open/bring over a PP file from powerbook get message
that PC can not read the PP file. Have tried opening file directly
from drive, from PP on the PC and have even copind file to PC and
tried opening it, still get same message.

Is there a reported conflict between Vx and Office 2003? Any ideas?

Hi

The file format has not changed for Office 2003. Since the PC has changed
and the Mac hasn't I'd tend to think that there's a faulty install on the PC
side.

Any idea of what happens on their side? "Troubles" is pretty hard to
pinpoint. No error messages? Does something happen? If so, what?
