Appearance of Access 2003

Hi, I installed Access 2003 one month ago but still look like Access 2001
even the new forms I hve created after I install access 2003, the appearance
in display setting for windows and buttons is Windows XP style, maybe I need
to change other setting in Access.

If someone can help me, I would appreciated.

Create a new (blank) database in Access 2003.

Import everything from the old database:
File | Get External

Does it have the new appearance now?
