I'm trying to find a workaround, or at least an explanation, for the following:
A client sends an e-mail that includes photos. When you open that e-mail in Outlook (either on a PC or, for Mac users, in Outlook via Citrix), the photos appear in the text of the message. However, when you open the e-mail in Entourage, the photos show up in the attachments list as well as in the body of the e-mail.
What is causing this difference? More importantly, how can our users access these photos in Outlook and save them for what they originally were (.jpg or whatever)? Perhaps a copy-paste routine might work in Outlook on a PC, but copy-paste is not a solution when accessing Outlook via Citrix.
Thanks,
Kevin
