Appearance of replies and forwards

I have set Outlook up so that when replying and forwarding the original
message is included and indented beneath the reply. I use 7 email accounts
and want this to apply to all accounts. The original is always included but
it is not always indented. Is there a reason for indentation working on some
replies but not others?
