Append New Recs to Microsoft RMS Items SQL Table

I need to append some new records to RMS Items Table. I have Access 2007
linked into RMS' SQL DB with ODBC.

With Access hooked into the SQL database, I can add and/or edit records in
most of the tables.

I can NOT add new records to the ITEM table. It allows me to edit... but
NOT add new items. There is no Add-New line.

When I launch SQL Express console, I can add new records to that table.

WHAT do I need to do in order to allow Access to append records to this SQK
Table?
