append query

First problem: while doing an append query i get an error
message: duplicate output destination 'TMK'. TMK is one
of the fields in all the tables involved. The TMK column
can have duplicate entries per table and between tables.

Second problem: I tried to click on the Help key on this
append query msgbox but only a gray window pops up.
What's up?
