Append record to another table

Hi,
Using access 2007, How do i append a record from one table to another?
I have created an Append query but get an error message. "An INSERT INTO
query cannot contain a multi-valued field"
The record obviously has relationships.

I am trying to create an archive system so when a record is no longer
required in the main table it is appended to the archive table.
If I am going about this the wrong way please help me out.
