Appending linked worksheets to new records.

I have two excel spreadsheets that share linked fields
that form a completed record. This works fine, but I want
worksheet 2 to save the information as a new record so
when worksheet 1 changes, and the linked fields update
worksheet 2 there will be two unique records in worksheet2
Any suggestions?
