AppHangB1 in word 2007

I am having a problem with Word 2007, I am running Vista. I keep getting this
error: AppHangB1. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled, done
numerous tests for viruses and malware. Nothing seems to help. If anyone has
any sugggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Uninstalling and Reinstalling rarely overcomes problems.
