"apple S" (Save) sometimes sends email

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I read about the paste command accidentally sending an email - the same is happening to me with the save command. It will occationaly send incomplete emails every time I save it - .

I do not have any auto launch apps - no Quicksilver etc. I have done clean installs, rebuilt entourage etc.
I'm positive I'm not hitting command return. Any ideas?
