AppleScript Help - Entourage 2004

I need a little AppleScript help. I am creating an Automator workflow to
backup my Microsoft User Data folder at some intervals. What I want to do is
to take Entourage offline, do the backup, then work online again.

Can someone help me out?
OS X 10.4.7, Macbook Pro 17", 2 Gb RAM, QuickTime Pro 7.1.2, Office 2004
