Application Crashes on Document.SaveAs Method

Hi,

when i am using the Document.SaveAs Method, as follows

call oDoc.SaveAs(FilePath)

it crashes the Application, the OLD GPF Error. (in XP - send, don't send
Buttons Error)

it happens only with the Office Version 2000 and Office XP (2002) with OS as
XP Pro (sp2)

with Office 2003 the Code works fine on any OS (Win2000 / XP).
