Application crashes

I am using Outlook in Office 365 and it crashes approx 3 seconds after starting, becomes extremely slow and affects all other applications the same way. I have tried all the Microsoft recommended fixes and nothing changes. I dont want to uninstall outlook if I can avoid it.
