Application-Defined error message

Whenever I "Save and Close" a new item in the calendar or
to do list, I receive a pop-up window with the title
EQOLCAL and the details read "Application-Defined or
object-defined error".

The note still saves but it is rather annoying to be
getting this message. Searched all over MSFT support and
the help section but found no reference to this error.

Please help!
