Application Error. Please help

Hi All,
I am getting this error message when ever I am trying to do DTS
operation in SQL Server.

The instructions at "0x7800282f" referenced memory at "0x000000000". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the application.
==============================================

This is a Windows NT 4 Workstation (SP6) PC have full SQL Server
installation.

Can anyone please rescue me from this unpleasant situation?
