Application error Word 2003

I am running Word 2003 off of Terminal Services. It is fine exept for one
user, when trying to edit a document they are prompted with two dialog boxes
that appear to be in a different language maybe chinese. If the user hits ok
twice they are ok.

Has anyone seen this before and have a fix?
