Application error

I have never been able to do anything in Publisher.
Whenever I click on something, this message appears:
MSPUB.EXE - Application error. The instruction
at "0x77f580db" referenced memory at "0x00000001". The
memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate
the program.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this error happen in safe mode? Disable your printer before you open Publisher,
if it works look for an updated printer driver. If Publisher opens after the printer
has been disabled, you could possibly choose it again.
