the instruction at 0x302921AF referenced memory at 0x00640040, the memory
could not be read.

CEO of the company is taking a single spreadsheet, right clicking on the
bottom and copying the intial spread to make 4 addtional tabs at the bottom
and adding data and then saving. he tried to save along the way several times
with no issue, but when he gets so far on the 5th tab.....it says it cant
save and gives the above error message. he has latest of the Service packs
for windows and Office.

Any help would be great

Along the same lines, I have several Excel 97 files with over 20
graphs/charts each that won't conver to 2003 (the charts get lost in
conversion). When I try to open the files in 2000, I get an error message
like the one below and it crashes Excel.

Is your version of 97 fully patched?
