Application Failed to Initalize

Today after problems that required reinstalling Windows XP Pro, I get the
error message "The application failed to initalize properly (OxcO150002)
press OK to terminate the application". This only happens with any of the
programs in the Office 03 Pro group. All other programs operate correctly.
I have repaired office, repaired Windows, reinstalled windows again, and
removed and reinstalled Office. All to no avail. Any thoughts or ideas out
there??
