Application Hang Event Id: 1002

I've looked everywhere for an answer to this error but I
can't seem to get an answer.

The problem,

I'm running an XP Professional machine on a 2k network. I
installed XP office 2002. When the person is working on
word it sometimes hangs and she loses all the data that
she had in her document.

The error happens every few minutes. Here's the two error
messages that we're getting:
