If you save the picture to the hard drive, can you open it then?

Yes, I can open it with one of 3 different apps. (HP Photo, camedia, etc.)
What I do now is save them to disk & then open them. I uesd to be able to
double click on the attachment and it would open the picture. I may have
deleted a photo program that Outlook points to...?

If so, then just modify the file type association to use whatever program
you prefer.

Hi Brian,
The files are already "jpg" files. Shouldn't they be recoginized by any of
the applications? What would I change them to? Is there a place in office
to point Office to an application for this?
Thanks
Dave

The applications may be able to open JPEG files, but Windows is not
configured to select an application when you try to open a JPEG file.

Change them to any application that knows how to open JPEGs.

No. It's in Windows. Open Windows Explorer, click Tools>Folder
Options>File Types, and look for ".jpg". Specify an application.
