Application of "Rank" formula to a table

I have a table in Excel that has column headings from B1 to J1. In
Column A (starting A2), I have dates going down. The table is
populated with numbers (A2:J1000).

Is there any function in Excel that would allow me to create an output
table that will have, for each row, the date followed by the Heading
Title of the Column (whatever is in row 1) of the largest number from
the range of B2:J2, Heading Title of the 2nd largest number and the
Heading Title of the 3rd largest number. I'm not sure if that is
clear but I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.
