Application Shuts Down

I have an application developed in MS Access 2000 that works great for the
99% of the users (world-wide), however, there are a few that cannot get past
the application's login form. They enter their user name and password click
the "Login" button and the application and Access shuts down. Does anyone
have any ideas what might cause this type of problem?

Have you tried supplying the file to them again?

Are they on the same version of access? Are they fully service packed? Have
you checked that they do not have any VBA references missing?
