Application transfer

I want to write some applications (single user/PC) on my PC and then email to
the user who will use that application. I mailed the mbd file to the user but
they could not open. I am checking to see if the user Access version is
compatable but are there other requirements?

Wat do you mean by "they could not open"? Was there an error message? If so,
what was the exact wording of the error? If there wasn't an error message,
what happened when they tried to open it?
