Application using old data instead of new

Hi,

Am trying to create an org charge from updated excel spreadsheet; however
when I create new org chart using wizard, it browses for the new file, opens,
but uses the old info from previous chart (that did not result in what I
envisioned so am trying again). How do I clean the "slate" for fresh import.

Am a novice to this app... thanks for any help.
