Application - VB & Oracle Forms

I know that this an odd question, but I have had a request
to further develop an Access 97 application (front end &
backend) in Oracle Forms!! Oracle Forms would be accessing
common indexes and standing data in addition to existing
VB code to add functionality.

Can anyone advise if this is remotely possible??

If not why not?

I have never heard of it working in conjunction with Access.
I thought it was a separate tool.
