I am receiving certain spam emails with distinctive words or phrases in the
body. These emails ARE being automatically caught as spam by Ourlook's junk
email processor, and are then being put into my Junk Email folder.
So... I don't even want to see these particular emails -- even in my Junk
Email folder. So I created a rule that permanently deletes them.
However, they continue to show up in Junk Email -- as though my rule had
never been executed.
When I manually run the rule, the email is permanently deleted as it should
be.
My question is: How do I force the rule to run at the time the mail is put
into the Junk Email folder? I realize that I could mark all emails filtered
by Outlook as junk to be permanently deleted instead of put in my Junk Email
folder, but then I'd be deleting some possibly good emails that just got
inadvertently filtered by Outlook.
Thanks for your observations...
