Apply different outlook form based on category

OL2002. Is there such an event such as oncurrent for
outlook forms or an event I can fire after a user adds,
delete, or changes the category assignment for a
contact? What I would like to do is apply a different
form (one with an extra tab) only for contacts that are
members of certain groups. I have code on how to apply a
different template, but I have no idea how to fire the
event or check the value of a field (specifically
category membership) on an outlook form. Can anyone help?
